I'd love to rate them more stars but can't justify it. For example, Mitchell's serves high quality fish at a more reasonable price. This is a place I would love to love because it's local and the food is fine but they just don't deliver on the value (price paid for the food you get). I thought the grouper portion was pretty skimpy and left hungry. The chicken was clearly the better choice and I would recommend it although the scalloped potatoes with the grouper were superior to the mashed served with the chicken. For dinner we ordered the Fresh Catch (grouper $28) and the fried chicken ($19). $8 a glass but found it to be a weak, white wine from Spain. I asked if they would substitute a bottle of their $50 Chardonnay for a slightly lower price and the answer was "NO", We settled on their house wine. We went in and ordered a bottle of their $38 Chardonnay and were told they were out.
